DescriptionFormal studio portrait of a wedding party consisting of six men and five women; all appear to be smiling. The bride and groom are standing in the center of the group. The men, who are standing in a row behind the women, are wearing jackets and pants, shirts bow ties. Apparently, each man has a flower on his left lapel. The women, who are seated, and the bride are wearing dresses which appear to be floor-length, with necklaces and hats or veils. The bride's gown has a train. Each woman holds a bouquet of flowers, which appear to be roses, tied with a bow. They appear to be wearing lipstick and makeup. The blank wall in the background appears to have curtains hanging behind the group on the far left and far right. The mat surrounding the photograph is embossed with a line design incorporating leaves, a silver line and silver stars.
