DescriptionA bouquet of flowers is arranged in a large, ornate, metal vase. The flowers include roses, zinnias, daisies, pinks or carnations, sweet peas, and possibly clover. Leaves and buds are also present. The vase is in the form of a loving cup with two handles. It sits on a rectangular marble base. Two cherubs support the body of the vase, which is engraved with a scene showing a seated woman, a man who appears to be a shepherd, a dog, and sheep. The rim and handles also have elaborate decoration, incorporating what appear to be acanthus leaves.
