DescriptionA High Victorian Gothic government building with towers and a central dome is situated on a hill above the grassy lawn and trees of Bushnell Park. Another large building is at the left. A wooden bridge crosses the Park River in the foreground. Tree-lined paths lead into the park. The imprint of the Kellogg & Bulkeley Co. is a diamond in the upper right corner.
