DescriptionTwo small girls, possibly twins, stand side by side, holding hands, with their other hands around each other's waist. Each girl wears two roses pinned to either side of her head. They wear similar dresses with wide necklines trimmed with lace. The dress at the left is decorated with a meander pattern, the dress at the right with a zigzag pattern. The girl at the left appears to wear a belt. Both girls wear low shoes. Grass grows in the left foreground, with a tall, leafy plant behind it. The right side and top of the picture are framed by a vine, possibly a philodendron.
