DescriptionHalf-length portrait of a young boy and a young girl. The boy stands at the left, holding a branch of cherries. He wears a short-sleeved shirt or tunic with a wide neckline. The girl reclines on a couch or bed. She wears a nightgown or shift with a very wide neckline, which is slipping off her right shoulder. She has flowers and leaves in her hair. She holds two roses in her left hand and a single cherry in her right hand. Her left hand rests on what appears to be a bundle of hay. A blanket covers her lap.
