DescriptionThree-quarter-length view of a woman wearing a dress with a wide neckline trimmed with lace over an undergarment with large balloon sleeves. She wears a bracelet over the sleeve on her right wrist and has a small pin at her throat. She also wears a broad-brimmed hat trimmed with ribbons, with two roses and buds under the brim, and an apron with a zigzag edge. A small basket of cut roses is looped over her right arm. She holds a stem with two full-blown roses on it in her two hands. A rose bush with flowers and buds on it is at the right. A small tree with two dead branches is at the left.
