DescriptionA young girl sits in a large armchair at a small round table set for tea. She wears a dress with a wide neckline with eyelet trim on the sleeves and skirt. A wide sash is tied in a bow around her waist. The dishes on the table include a tea pot, a sugar bowl, a cream pitcher, and a tea cup and saucer. The girl reaches for the pitcher with her left hand and lifts a small plate containing a piece of fruit with her right forefinger. Other small pieces of fruit and a small bunch of grapes are also on the table.
