DescriptionFront elevation of a large stone or brick building in the Romaneque revival style with a high basement with rusticated pilasters, supporting taller pilasters connected by round arches, each enclosing a bay of windows. There is a central pediment, with corbel tables beneath the roofline and chimneys along the edge of the roof. Men, women, and children walk on the sidewalk in front of the building. Some of the men hold walking sticks, and some of the women hold parasols. Two horse-drawn vehicles, including a coach, are in the street. A dog is running in the street at the left. A man on horseback is at the right.
