DescriptionAt the left is a bust-length portrait of a man with long hair and a mustache. He wears a robe trimmed with ermine. A lace scarf or collar is worn over the robes. A brooch or pin is attached to the ermine border. The central panel has the printed heading "GOVERNORS." followed by the facsimile signatures of "Jo. Haynes" "Edwa. Hopkins" "Geo. Wyllys" "John Webster" "John Winthrop" "Willm. Leete" "Robert [illegible]" "Andross" "J. Winthrop" "G. Saltonstall" "John Talcott".
