DescriptionTwo deer stand facing each other in a mountainous landscape. Each animal has two small tusks protruding from its upper jaw. Reeds or grasses, evergreen trees, and rocks are in the background. Hills and mountains are in the distance. Clouds are in the sky.
NotesSubject Note: Now known as the Musk Deer rather than the Musk Animal, Moschus Moschiferus is found in wet mountain forests from Siberia to the Himalayas. (Finlay 4/2/2004)
