She is holding a round, framed photograph in her hands, which are held in front of her at waist level. The photograph is facing up towards her, and appears to be a portrait of a person. Lucy is wearing a dark colored dress that has short, puffy sleeves. There is a feather or decorative comb in her hair, which is styled in a knot on the top of her head.
