He holds a cane in his right hand. Grass and a rose bush grow at the left of the monument. Lilies grow at the right. A weeping willow tree grows behind the monument and arches over it. A man and a woman walk on a path between additional gravestones in the right background. Trees, including evergreen trees, a river, and a bridge are in the distance.
