COVID-19 test sites began opening in neighborhoods around Hartford about two months into the pandemic. This photograph was taken at the Pope Park Recreation Center in the Frog Hollow neighborhood of Hartford. Frog Hollow has a large population of people who speak Spanish as their first language. There were a number of signs in English at this test site, but only this handwritten sign had information in Spanish.
