DescriptionA born digital flyer created by the BiCi Co. program at the Center for Latino Progress in Hartford, Connecticut on March 25, 2020. The flyer was created to inform Hartford residents and customers that the BiCi Co. shop would be staying open with limitations during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Bicycle shops were designated as essential businesses by the State of Connecticut, as over 30% of Hartford residents do not own a car. At the beginning of the pandemic, CTtransit requested that buses only be used for essential trips, which decreased access for residents.
