DescriptionWoman's dress of heavy, pale blue rayon. The dress is very simple, with a straight silhouette; it is above-knee length. The neckline is draped with a band of self-fabric, which terminates in points like a collar in the back. The long straight sleeves are decorated with five rhinestone-studded buttons at the outside of the wrist. The center back opening fastens with a 20" plastic zipper, headed by a hook and thread eye. The dress is lined with pale blue polly-cotton. The lining has short, horizontal bust darts, but the fashion fabric does not. A woven tape label is stitched on the proper right side of the zipper: "Lisa Howard / INC." There is also a modern dry cleaner's tag next to this.
