DescriptionA United Nations Korean Service medal (a), ribbon (b), and original box (c) awarded to Edward Rogalski.

(a) The front of the bronze medal features the United Nations emblem, the world surrounded by a wreath. The back of the bronze medal features the inscription, "FOR SERVICE IN / DEFENCE OF THE / PRINCIPLES OF THE / CHARTER OF THE / UNITED NATIONS." The medal also features a medal bar with the inscription, "KOREA." The medal hangs from a blue and white striped ribbon.

(b) The ribbon consists of seventeen vertical stripes in blue and white.

(c) The original blue cardboard box the medal was sent in. It features the text, "MEDAL SET, KOREAN SERVICE, REG SIZE / CAGE-0VLP7 KENNEDY INCORPORATED / CONTRACT: SPE1C1-14-M-0716 / 1 SET."
