DescriptionBlack and white photograph of Nicholas Mitesser working on a saddle in 1945. The photograph has been affixed to a white cardboard rectangle, and an adhesive sticker with a black background and white border has been affixed to the photo and cardboard. The sticker reads, "WORK / in / Progress" There are two handwritten inscriptions on the obverse bottom margin of cardboard, one in red pencil, "Actual line no shoulders" and the name, "Nicholas Mitesser 1945". There are further handwritten inscriptions on the reverse. "1945 / Hfd. Courant" is written in blue pen in the upper right quadrant of the reverse. "Charge to / Smith Wothington" written in red pencil occupies the center of the reverse, with, "Nic Mitesser" written in pencil below.
