DescriptionTable lamp with base of glazed ceramic with raised floral decoration in yellows and reds of bearded iris with blue hydrangea on a maroon-colored background. The lamp rests on an Asian-inspired, carved wooden base stained to look like mahogany. The spun brass hardware that anchors the electrical cord as it enters the hole drilled through the top of the ceramic form is original; the harp and bulb socket are twentieth century replacements. The brown electrical cord is in excellent shape and may be original, or a reproduction. The cast brass finial is original.
