DescriptionMan's single-breasted suit coat (.a) made from a grey twill-woven wool with fine stripes of white and wider, subdued stripes of grey-blue and red-brown. The single-breasted front closure has two buttons and a single notched lapel. There is an additional buttonhole stitched into the lapel on the proper left side. The buttons are plastic, colored with shadings of light to dark grey. The coat is constructed with a dart on each side front, extending from the chest to the top of the pockets at the hip. A seam extends from under the arm down the side front to the hem. The back has a center back seam with a vent 10 3/8 inches long, and a slightly shaped seam at each side extending from the lower armscye. The sleeves are constructed from two pieces, with a faux vent at the cuff a scant four inches long. Each cuff is decorated with four small, plastic buttons similar to those at the front. There are three pockets on the front of the coat. Each side front has a double welt pocket with a flap at the hip. There is a breast pocket on the proper left side, a welt pocket with an upturned flap. The lining has double welt pockets at each breast, with a third pocket on the proper left side. The coat is fully lined with a grey polyester fabric. Triangles of the wool fabric are attached to each underarm area on top of the lining material. A tape is stitched to the inside of the neck for hanging.

Man's suit pants (.b) of a grey twill-woven wool with fine stripes of white and wider, subdued stripes of grey-blue and red-brown. The front fly closure has a grey zipper of plastic and metal. A plastic button is stitched to the proper left side near the top of the zipper, buttoning inwards through a buttonhole on the proper right. A trouser hook is stitched at the top on the waistband. The waistband is 1 1/4 inches wide, with eight belt loops evenly spaced around the waist. Each belt loop is 3/8-inch-wide and stitched around the waistband, the bottom being tacked 1/4 inch below the waistband seam. Each side seam pocket angles away from the seam. The back pockets are a double welt pocket on each side; the one on the proper left has a button closure. A dart is stitched on each side back for shaping. The pockets, waistband, and fly are lined with a white twill-woven fabric. The crotch is also reinforced with this fabric. A loop of this fabric is stitched into the center back seam at the waistband. The legs fall straight from the knee. All seam allowances are overcast with machine stitching.

Man's single-breasted vest (.c) of a grey twill-woven wool with fine stripes of white and wider, subdued stripes of grey-blue and red-brown. The back and lining are a grey polyester. The front closure has five plastic buttons with shadings of light to dark grey. The front center bottom is shaped with a point on each side below the buttons or the buttonholes. There is no collar. The vest is constructed with a dart at each side front, extending up from the hem to the chest, through the pocket. Each side front has a pocket at the hip with an upturned flap. The back has a center back seam and a dart at each side. The belt, made from the grey polyester, is stitched into the side seams and caught into each dart before extending across the back to be buckled. The buckle, on the proper left, is a dark silver color, stamped with a filigree pattern. A manufacturer's mark of a diamond with "SW" or "MS" is on the opposite side. The hem of the back is shaped to curve slightly upwards towards the center back seam. The vest is fully lined with the grey polyester fabric.
