DescriptionMan's double-breasted duster of coarse white linen. The duster has a 2 1/2-inch-wide collar. It fastens up the front, either to the right or to the left, with large, flat mother of pearl buttons. A self-fabric tab at the neckline fastens to a button under the collar. There is a patch pocket covered by a buttoned flap on the proper left side of the chest, along with large slash pockets with a placket opening on each side at about hip level. The center back seam is vented for 24 1/2 inches. The two-piece sleeves are set smoothly into the armscye; the wrist openings are decorated with a self-fabric tab fastened to a mother of pearl button. The duster is unlined; the seams are flat-felled.
