DescriptionTwo empty glass vials of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine, Lot EL0142. The vials feature an adhesive label added during the vaccine clinic with the date and time of use handwritten in pen. Vial (a) was used at a Yale New Haven Hospital vaccine clinic on January 8, 2021, at 1:15 pm EST. Vial (b) was used at a Yale New Haven Hospital vaccine clinic on January 8, 2021, at 5:35 pm EST.
