NotesSubject Note: The International Performing Arts Festival was held from 1990-1993 at venues throughout Hartford over the years. Organized by musician Tim Wolf and Linda Pagani, the festival brought internationally known performers to showcase folk, ethnic, and jazz-oriented music to local audiences. Unique for the time, the festival attracted substantial local sponsorship and high-quality musicians. Among other artists, in 1990 IPAF presented Connecticut-based Cambodian court dancer Somaly Hay and her troupe Khmer Performing Arts.2015.196.72.8: program, International Performing Arts Festival, 1993
