NotesSubject Note: The Namaskaar Foundation, based in Stamford, Connecticut, and led by Vrunda Patel, organized and presented Indian music and dance events for many years. It expanded its mission as World On Stage up to 2016, partnering with organizations such as The Palace Theater in Stamford. “Founded in 1988, the Namaskaar Foundation-World on Stage mission is to promote, preserve and raise greater awareness and appreciation for the traditional performing arts and culture of India and around the world. For the past 27 years we have presented almost 200 productions and artists of the highest quality Music, Dance, Theater and Master Classes from more than 25 countries.”
