Round decal with gold and navy blue border reading, “PRATT & WHITNEY/ DEPENDABLE ENGINES” in gold letters surrounding a light blue center with the image of a bald eagle in flight. The eagle's wings extend beyond the main circle of the decal. There is a layer of "Application Tape" over the decal.
