DescriptionMenu for the Battery E, 10th Field Artillery, Connecticut National Guard Thanksgiving 1916 dinner held at Camp Pershing, Texas. The front cover of the menu features an embossed image of the American flag with gold fringe and a gold, eagle topped flagpole. The interior pages provides a roster of the unit as well as detailing the food offerings. The back cover provides information on the history of the Connecticut National Guard’s United States Service. The menu was printed by Ellis Bros. Printing Co.
