DescriptionMen wearing suits, vests, and neckties are seated at round tables and at a long head table in a hotel ballroom or dining room. Some men are elderly. Some wear eyeglasses. Lamps with fringed shades, dishes, silverware, and food, including rolls, are on the tables. A stage with curtains is at the back of the room. Fluted columns are at either side. A balcony and a mural of stylized trees are visible behind the columns. Some windows have Venetian blinds. A folding screen is in the corner. Decorations in the form of stars hang from the ceiling. There appears to be an elevator or dumb waiter with an electric light bulb over it at the left of one photograph.
