DescriptionPair of brocade slippers with tourquoise ground and multi-colored, closely spaced flowers, leaves, and vines in a Persian style. The slippers have a pointed toe with a thin strip fo gold-colored metal running back from the toe to a pointed throat on top of the instep. The slip-on style has a short, slip heel also made from the brocade fabric. The interior is lined with gold-colored satin, with the sole lining quilted with small diamonds. The thin soles are of black plastic.

The cardboard box is cream-colored with gold writing. The box reads, "Center of Connecticut Living Since 1847 G. Fox and Co." and "G. Fox and Co." These two phrases repeat, making lines which from a diamond pattern on the box.
