DescriptionReproduction license plate topper representing Hartford, Connecticut. The top left is decorated with the gold dome of the Capitol building, and the right side is ornamented with the seal of the city of Hartford. (The seal has a blue crest with a stag in the center and an eagle with outstretched wings on top of it.) Between the dome and the seal are separate letters spelling out "HARTFORD". The center of the topper is painted red, with raised silver-painted letters that read "THE INSURANCE CITY". The bottom of the topper has a slot on either side where it would attach to the car.
