Text on front reads, “This Ticket entitles the holder to/ one chance on the drawing of a/ Columbia Bicycle,/ To Be Given Away/ May 1st, 1892,/ At C. E. Puffer, Jr.’s Cigar Store,/ 577 Main Street, Hartford, Conn.” The reverse of the ticket details the rules and regulations of the raffle.
