DescriptionBlack and white Associated Press Laser Photo of the Hartford Civic Center during the 1989 Eastern College Athletic Conference–North Atlantic Conference Men’s Basketball Championship. The games were played without spectators and non-essential personnel due to an outbreak of measles at the University of Hartford, the host of the tournament. The photograph is taken during the March 9, 1989 opening game between Colgate University and Siena College. There are blue marks on the photograph to indicate where it should be cropped.
