DescriptionTwelve-count box of Berol Verithin red colored pencils with erasers. Nine pencils remain in the box. The pencils are painted red, as well as having red lead. They have a gold colored metal top with a thin red stripe around it. The pink rubber eraser sits in this top. Written in gold lettering on the side is "Berol Verithin CARMNE RED 2745". All of the pencils remain unsharpened.
The original box is made of paper. One end is glued closed, the other end has a foldable flap that can be opened to remove pencils. Each side of the box is white on top, with a thick black stripe below the white, then several thin red stripes below that. The front side reads "Berol Verithin" in black letters on the white, and "EAGLE COLORED PENCILS" in white lettering on the black. The back of the box reads "'FLEXIBLE' LEADS stand up under pressure./ THOUSANDS OF CHECKS [four check marks in red] from every sharpening./ PERMANENT COLORS won't run under moisture" in black lettering on white. "PENCIL MAKERS ASSOCIATION/ pma/ APPROVED" appears in white lettering on black. The sides of the box have address information for the manufacturer and model numbers for this kind of pencil.
