DescriptionSlide depicting a woman walking by the entrance to a Thursday is a Work of Art event at the Old State House in Hartford. Flyers for Thursday is a Work of Art are hanging from the fence, which is also adorned with crepe paper streamers. Behind the fence, there is a large red cardboard cutout in the shape of a hand in the "finger gun" position, with index finger extended and thumb raised. Lengths of bunting with colorful flags lead to the Thomas Hooker statue.
