DescriptionSlide depicting a woman standing on the sidewalk of Pratt Street holding a large bunch of yellow and blue balloons with "SIDEWALK" printed on them, her face hidden by them. An older woman is standing next to her, reaching out for one of the balloons. There are a few other people on the sidewalk behind them. Taken during a Thursday is a Work of Art event in Hartford.
