DescriptionMaid's uniform apron of plain white cotton, trimmed with white rickrack. The apron is stitched smoothly into the waistband and has slightly rounded lower corners. The bib is slightly wedge-shaped, with the top edge trimmed with the rickrack. The sides of the bib are bordered with two-inch-wide strips of self-fabric, trimmed along the outside edge with rickrack. These borders extend 33 1/2 inches beyond the bib to form the shoulder straps, which would pin to the back of the waistband.
