DescriptionTwo aluminum advertisement tokens for the Goodyear Rubber Company.

(.17) The front of the token has a relief of a globe in the center with " TRADE/ GOODYEAR WELT/ MARK" inscribed on the globe. Around the border it says, "CALL FOR GOODYEAR WELT AND TURNED/ SHOES." The reverse side of the token has a relief of the palm side of an open hand with "FLAX" across the palm. Around the border it says, "SHOES SEWED WITH BARBOUR'S LINEN THREAD WILL NOT RIP/ THE BEST FOR SHOP OR FAMILY USE/ TRADE MARK."

(.18) The front of the token has a relief of a globe in the center with " TRADE/ GOODYEAR WELT/ MARK" inscribed on the globe. Around the border it says, "CALL FOR GOODYEAR WELT AND TURNED/ SHOES." The reverse side of the token has a relief of a high-buttoned shoe. Around the border it says, "100TH ANNIVERSARY MECHANICS FAIR BOSTON/ 1795-1895/ EASIEST/ GOODYEAR/ BEST/ WELT."
