DescriptionA badge worn by Ernest E. Rogers at the Second New England Conference held in Hartford, Conn. in 1926. Framed at the top is a "MEMBER" label, which is attached to a yellow ribbon. A plastic tag is suspended from the ribbon. The tag has a white background with blue lettering and an image of New England in the center.
