DescriptionA badge worn by Ernest E. Rogers, while Mayor of New London, at the Quonehticut Tribes Pow Wow in 1916. The ribbon is red with gold lettering. At the top of the badge is a plastic sleeve with a piece of paper inside with the name, occupation, and town of city of the wearer.
