DescriptionA delegate badge worn by Ernest E. Rogers at the 27th Annual Convention of the Connecticut State Firemens Association held in Waterbury, Conn. in 1910. Two ribbons are suspended from a pin, which frames "Delegate." The bottom ribbon is light blue on the left and cream on the right with gold lettering. The top ribbon is a small American flag with a button at the bottom, which has a black and white image of a building.
