DescriptionA badge worn by Ernest E. Rogers at the Dedication of the World War Memorial in West Haven, Conn. on November 11, 1928. The badge has a white satin ribbon with gold lettering, suspended from a pin at the top which says "GUEST." At the bottom is a round, framed photograph of a statue, which is a man posed with his right hand holding a hat and his left hand holding a rifle.
