DescriptionLapel pin buttons advertising Liberty Bonds and Liberty Loans during World War I.

(.1) Button with a red, white, and blue background and an image of the Statue of Liberty on the right side. Next to the image it says "I OWN A/ LIBERTY/ BOND."

(.2) Button with a cream background and an eagle with spread wings in the center. Printed above and below the eagle it says "LET THE EAGLE SCREAM/ I HAVE BOUGHT/ A/ LIBERTY BOND."

(.3) Button with a navy blue background and red border. In the center is an image of the Liberty Bell. Above and below the image it says "THIRD/ LIBERTY LOAN."

(.6) Button with a blue background and an image of a flag in the center. The flag has a red border, a white background, and blue vertical stripes. Above and below the image it says "FOURTH/ LIBERTY LOAN." A red, white, and blue ribbon with "U. S. CLUB" printed vertically is attached to the button.

(.7) Button with a blue, white, and red background. An image of the Statue of Liberty is in the center. Around the button border it says "GET BEHIND/ THE GOVERNMENT." In the center of the button it says "LIBERTY LOAN/ OF/ 1917."

(.8) Button with a red border and blue center. An eagle with spread wings is pictured in the center. Above and below the eagle it says "A SUBSCRIBER/ TO 3RD/ LIBERTY LOAN."

(.9) Button with a white background. A red "V" is in the center. Printed around the perimeter it says "CONNECTICUT WOMAN'S LIBERTY LOAN COMMITTEE" and printed in the center it says "I HAVE SOLD/ A/ VICTORY/ LIBERTY/ BOND."

(.10) Button with a white background. Printed in red around the border it says "HARTFORD WOMAN'S LIBERTY LOAN COMMITTEE" and printed in blue in the center it says "I HAVE/ SOLD A LIBERTY/ BOND/ 4TH LOAN."
