DescriptionA badge for the Union Veterans Union. At the top of the badge is a circle with two crossed swords behind it. In the center of the circle is a five-pointed star and "U V U/ 1861 1865" inscribed. The ribbon is red, yellow, and blue vertical stripes. The medal at the bottom is circular with notches along the perimeter. Two crossed rifles are in the center with an anchor above the intersection.
