DescriptionA medal for the 1st Company Governor's Horse Guard. The top bar has a scallopped edge with "1ST Co. G. H. G." inscribed in the center. The left side of the ribbon is yellow and the right side is green. The ribbon has gold lettering. The medallion at the bottom of the ribbon is oval-shaped and has a relief image of the Connecticut state seal.
