DescriptionA pair of knit dolls, a girl and a boy, made by Mariett Bradley Brockett, grandmother of the donor.
(a) Girl Doll: She is wearing a red long sleeve top with black cuffs, a red skirt with a black waist and black stripes along the bottom, and a red hat. She is wearing red stockings with a black strip near the top and black shoes. Her face is made of embroidered black eyes, red mouth, and a raised, cream-colored nose.
(b) Boy Doll: He is wearing a red long sleeve top with two green stripes at the cuffs, tan pants with a green waist and red and green stripes at the hem. He is wearing green and white striped stockings and green shoes with black buttons. He is wearing a striped green and red hat. His eyebrows are embroidered black, the eyes are black buttons, and the mouth is embroidered red.
