DescriptionChild's dress of white cotton, printed with small brown polka dots. The neckline is wide, and it is bound with a coordinating calico printed with pairs of dots and red flowers. This fabric is also used for the waistband and binding of the sleeve. The short, puffed sleeves are gathered into the neckline binding and into the sleeve opening binding. The bodice is gathered into the neckline binding and into the waistband. The full skirt is gathered into the waistband. It has a 7/8-inch-wide tuck taken above the hem. The center back opening extends 10 1/2 inches and fastens with a small mother of pearl button at the waistband.
