DescriptionInformal snapshots and studio portraits of a man, a woman, and two girls. In some photographs, the man has a mustache and wears an army uniform. In one photograph, he is standing beside a horse. In another, he wears a straw hat and holds a cane or walking stick. The women wear dresses, some of them trimmed with lace. One girl wears a fur piece and a large hat. One young woman sits in a wicker chair and holds a dog, apparently a fox terrier, in her lap. A parasol leans against her knee.

NotesSubject Note: Subjects are William F. Flynn, his wife, Cornelia Moriarty Flynn, and their daughters, Dorothy Flynn and Elizabeth Flynn. In some inscriptions, Flynn's name appears as "William F. Flynn," in others as "William H. Flynn." As far as it can be determined, both refer to the same person. (Finlay 6/13/2003)
