Description.11 A long distance view of a steam ship with at least two decks, on a body of water, with a shore line in the background. This could be the steamship line between Norwich and New York City.

.12 Close view of winches on board a vessel at dock. Two men stand behind the spool of heavy line. A warehouse-type building is evident in the background.

.13 Two steam yachts at anchor decorated with small flags strung between the masts. Houses are evident on the shore in the background.

.14 Steam sailing vessel in the middle of a body of water, sails partially furled.

All four images are on the same type of board, with a white border embossed with circles and a wave-like filler. Glue stains on the verso indicate they were once in an album of some kind. Several of the boards have significant losses along the edges.
