DescriptionMen and women are seated at desks arranged in tiers in an interior, presumably the House of Representatives in the Connecticut State Capitol. Men wear suits, shirts, and neckties. The woman, who is elderly, wears a dress and eyeglasses. Books, paper, pencils, and microphones are on some of the desks. Some men are standing in the background.
