DescriptionView of a two-story half-timbered house with brick chimneys, two doorways, one evidently a half-door, and a projecting covered wooden shelf on the first floor. A sign above reads: "THE IMMORTAL / SHAKESPEARE / WAS BORN IN THIS HOUSE." Additional houses are attached at the right, and additional structures, possibly including a barn or shed, are attached at the rear and are visible at the left. A board fence in dilapidated condition is also at the left. Small trees are on both sides of the house. A woman and a small child are walking in the street at the left. Two men and a woman stand beneath a tree at the right.
