DescriptionGroup portrait of five men, three seated, two standing, all dressed in jackets and ties and all with facial hair. The seated gentleman in the middle has his coat unbuttoned and his watch fob is visible. The men were graduates of the New York College of Physicians and were sent as delegates to the annual meeting of the American Pharmaceutical Association in Cleveland, Ohio, in 1872. The men are identified as, in the back row standing left to right, Thomas F. Main and L.M. Royce. Seated left to right are Thomas Starr, H. Osborne, and F.S. Jones.
