DescriptionMan's vest of white complex-woven cotton with black dots worked in stripes. The vest has a V-neckline and center front opening which fastens with five mother of pearl shank buttons. Each side of the vest is pointed, so that the lower edge is W-shaped. There is a breast pocket and a 4 1/2-inch-wide lower pocket on each side. The backing fabric and the fabric lining the front is plain, white cotton (the back is not lined). The center back lower edge is cut in a shallow, curved notch. A buckled strap across the lower back adjusts the fit.
